Our host reached out to us immediately after we landed in Florence. She was waiting for us by the door. Perfect location. Clean, modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Séjour de rêve en famille dans ce très bel appartement entièrement rénové ? Propreté irréprochable, cuisine bien équipée, prestations luxueuses et terrasse au calme font de ce logement une vraie pépite. Un grand MERCI à notre hôte pour son accueil et toutes ses attentions. Nous avons passé 5 jours formidables : le quartier est central, tout en étant au calme. Toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pied depuis l’appartement. Et il est aisé de trouver ce dont vous avez besoin pour manger à proximité (supermarché, cafés, restaurants). Un pied à terre où nous espérons revenir.

Impeccable cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, luxurious amenities, and a quiet terrace make this accommodation a real gem. A big THANK YOU to our host for her welcome and all her attention. We spent 5 wonderful days: the neighborhood is central, yet quiet. All visits can be done on foot from the apartment. And it's easy to find what you need to eat nearby (supermarket, cafes, restaurants). A pied-à-terre where we hope to return.

We had a lovely 4 day stay at the apartment. Centrally located on a quiet street, neighbors in the building were friendly (and recommended an excellent local family owned restaurant- “Edy” - our favorite during our visit), the apartment was everything that we needed. Italy Perfect helped arrange rides from the airport and to the train station. The best!

This apartment worked perfect for us. Very clean and modern. Walkable to all the major sites. The host provides information on anything and everything you may need to know. They own multiple properties in Europe, and they will be my first choice when we start looking at another trip. Thanks again. If you are on the fence, just book it.

The location is prime on a pretty little street just steps to the Uffizi and the Palazzo Vecchio in one direction and the Ponte Vecchio and all the Oltrarno has to offer in the other. The apartment was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The terrace is spectacular with views of the Duomo and Giotto’s Belltower and all the red rooftops of town. We even heard beautiful sounds of a soprano singing opera wafting up from the streets below! What a great place to stay!

We loved the Sonata apartment. The location is convenient to many attractions, the outdoor market, and many shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is well-appointed, state of the art appliances, great WiFi, and feels larger than it is. The terrace is a wonderful feature. Daniela and Frederico were very gracious. We recommend the car service through Italy Perfect. Matteo was excellent. Thank you for a memorable week in Rome!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay here. Other reviews say the pictures don’t do it justice, and they are CORRECT! Tucked away just off the road, this beautiful two-story apartment features an incredible terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun, the afternoon breeze, or the night sky. You’re also close enough to the main drag but far enough away that it’s still quite quiet.Will DEFINITELY be returning! Thank you to our host for being a most gracious and wonderful welcome committee, too!

We have stayed here many times at over the years and can't think of better hosts. They see to all your needs and requests and are always so friendly and helpful. The Strozzi, Prisco and Michaela are all three wonderful apartments. Italy Perfect is always great to work with and we will continue to do so in the future.

This was our 5th stay in a Vacation Perfect apartment and 2nd in Italy (Rome 2024). Each stay has been located in excellent central spots of the city but still on a quieter street with safe entry. Our host efficiently informed us of all the details of apartment and was extremely responsive on follow up questions. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, naturally lit with large windows/doors and had an open private balcony with ‘air space’. Elevator was easy to use. Bathrooms were small but normal for European standards. We love the Perfect apartments because they meet the quality of a luxury hotel, offer more space in a great location usually at a more affordable per night cost, and often afford us an opportunity to wash clothes or eat a meal after walking the city.

I would definitely recommend this as your stay in Rome. The location was super central to all the key points of interest in Rome, all within 10-15 min walking. Lots or restaurants within 5 min walk and the space was super comfortable to come back to after a long day. I was with my wife and two daughters (11 & 14) and everything was more than accommodating for all our needs. I would say this place exceeded my expectations.

This apartment is in a beautifully maintained building and the layout of the living space really worked for our family. We enjoyed the large living room and patio and the bathrooms (one with en-suite) had just been redone with gorgeous marble, tasteful fixtures and felt luxurious and comfortable at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Dozens of restaurants and the best gelato are within a 5 min walk and we never used public transport or a car. The kitchen was perfect for our needs - mainly breakfast. The apartment was so quiet because it faced away from the piazza. Our greeter, was wonderful and took great care of us and helped us with all of our questions. I highly recommend this apartment! One tip would be to provide a nespresso machine with a few pods to get started or a small container of coffee. I understand this apartment is self-catering, but coffee is standard in most hotel rooms and apartments along with a few dishwasher and detergent pods (which the apartment had). Very nice washer and dryer as well - and not the combined unit that takes 3 hours to dry your clothes! This is a great place!

The apartment is on a quiet street just around the corner from shopping, historical sites etc....There is a small elevator we used when we checked in and out with luggage but usually we just took the stairs up the 3 flights to the apartment. The apartment is spotless, bright, cheerful, with new beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect size for a family of 4. The small terrace is very cute. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
