We had an amazing stay at this Florence Apartment! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and gracious, especially when we had trouble finding the apartment (totally on us, we were just tired from traveling!). They patiently guided us in, then spent time walking us through everything: how to use the air conditioner, stove, washing machine, and even how to check the electricity meter. They also shared helpful tips for getting around the city. So thoughtful and kind! Do note that the check-in process is very thorough and takes about 45 minutes, so plan that into your schedule. Also, there’s an additional utility charge. Ours came to about 5 euros/day, running the AC in the evenings due to the summer heat. Definitely reasonable and well worth it for the comfort. The apartment itself is fantastic! Incredibly spacious for two people and could easily accommodate more. It’s filled with gorgeous natural light and truly felt like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable: we loved the ritzy coffee shop downstairs and the wine window right across the street. We cannot recommend this place enough for a short getaway or a longer stay in Florence. It was the perfect base to explore the city and come home to something special each day. Would absolutely return!

This was one of our favorite apartments we have ever stayed in!!! The hosts were so welcoming and flexible with our changing travel plans, and our greeter was so responsive, warm, and helpful!!! The apartment was just so perfect, it was modern and clean, and the patio was SUCH a gem — felt like our own private space in such a lively area. Highly highly highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Tartini Aria was everything we could have hoped for - the location was absolutely perfect, and the accommodations were comfortable and inviting. Our family of 6 had plenty of room to spread out! The kitchen/appliances/A/C were state-of-the-art. Our greeter was so helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful experience at this apartment! It is in a great location for seeing all of Rome. Groceries, quaint restaurants, and amazing shopping so close! Easy walk from Spanish Steps metro stop. Communication was fabulous from start to finish. Pat spent so much time helping me plan our trip in advance with great tips and information. Italy Perfect makes staying in Rome as easy as can be!

Lovely place in a lovely location within walking distance to pretty much everything. We loved the outdoor terrace in the mornings and evenings. Communication with host was easy, prompt and on point. Our host also arranged airport pick-up and transfer upon our arrival, which was seamless and really convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Rome. Ciao!

The location literally could not be better. Walkable to everything in Florence and super close to a garage to keep our car for Tuscany get away. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need.

Our host let us in and gave us a quick intro to the apartment and then walked us to the grocery and area to throw trash. The place was so well located and just as others said- somehow no noise- even though lots of people partying right outside! We would definitely stay again if/when we return.

This is an excellent location in the center of Florence, but offers a quiet retreat up in the apartment. Perfect accommodations for my family of four, with plenty of space, a good kitchen, two full baths, and an amazing balcony.

Our 8-day stay at Amore was nothing short of perfect. The apartment is beautiful and the location could not be more convenient. On the 6th floor, you are well above the noise and busy street life. Views from the balcony unparalleled.

Great apartment. The location was ideal and so close to everything. The host was super responsive and helped us get settled in, which was really nice. The apartment itself is very clean, nicely organized, looked as was described, and on a secluded street which was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. You can walk to so many places from here.

The apartment was WONDERFUL! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city and within walking distance to everything. I could not have chosen a better place for my husband and young adult boys. They were able to simply walk downstairs and enjoy the pubs in the evening with other young college/graduate student aged people. Husband and I enjoyed the quietness of the apartment and comfortable furniture after a full day of shopping and touring museums. Will DEFINITELY stay again!!!!

Everything about Tesoro is perfect! Beginning with our host, she is fabulous and so thoughtful. The apartment is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures show. The air conditioning keeps you nice and cool. The beds and linens are so comfortable. You will get a good night sleep in this peaceful, quiet and beautiful apartment. The terrace is a perfect space with fragrant jasmine and beautiful plants, we loved sitting outside with our wine from the wine windows a few doors down in the evening. The two bathrooms are perfect for getting dressed in with lots of space. The location is perfect with shopping, sites, restaurants, church, museum and the piazza nearby. Truly the most perfect apartment we could have chosen in Florence. The owner of this apartment has provided everything you need to feel at home. I could not stop looking at the beautiful frescas and art. I hope to stay here again.

The location was perfect, we loved walking to the nearby piazza for breakfast every morning and there are several nearby attractions, wonderful restaurants and shopping. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, the ac works great. The courtyard is gated so we felt very safe. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend closing the shutters over the windows at night, that helps dampen the noise from the lively neighborhood at night. We loved the neighborhood but it can be a little noisy if you are going to bed early. The bed and linens were so comfortable and the closet with full length mirror were perfect. Plenty of room to get dressed in the bathroom. I would stay here again! Thank you Vacation Perfect.

One of the best spots for a family vacation I’ve ever been to! It is super easy to find, only 5-7 min to all the major attractions, and yet private. All the amenities (elevator, AC, washer, dryer) are top tier. Last but mot least. everything is 10/10 clean. Not sure if Hotel Savoy next door would have been this spacious and accommodating! High rec from me.
