The apartment is in a superb location - near enough to walk to all the attractions and still nip back for time out and lunches when you want to. Plus it’s only a short taxi ride from the airport or a short walk to the train station. The air con works great (it was a heatwave when we went), and the kitchen/ sitting room is a nice little family area to cook, eat and watch tv. The balcony is a great bonus - lovely to sit and have early morning or late evening drinks. The host thought about the little things which was nice - few bits in the cupboards and some washing tabs etc. highly recommended and worked well for our family of four.

A great place to stay in Rome! The central location made it easy to get to shopping, site seeing, public transport and taxis. So nice to sit on the patio deck and relax after a day in Rome. The apartment was cozy, well designed and had everything we needed. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The Rosa apartment was in the best location, it is in a very interesting and charming part of Rome. Apartment met our needs perfectly, comfortable, meticulously clean. Amazing place with everything modernized. The sauna was awesome... brand new with bluetooth for music! The tub has jets, but make sure you allow time for water to fill. The elevator was a big plus with all our luggage. Coop grocery store nearby which is really helpful. The pictures speak for themselves... new and simple which is perfect. We really liked this apartment for comfort of the living room area and bedrooms. It is bright and well-equipped. Even used the steam-room! Have been to Rome before and found this neighborhood a great, new area of the city to explore and enjoy. Good service from agency and onsite staff. Wonderful place to enjoy Venice like a Venetian. Located in San Marco and yet in a quiet street, away from the crowded main streets, around the corner from the Grand Canal, it offers the perfect place for a family stay. There is enough space for all members to enjoy some privacy. Convenience stores are very nearby, regular vaporetto as well. Communication with the host was prompt and efficient.

This was the perfect location to stay in Rome. Walking distance to all the sites and allowed us to experience a little more of a neighbourhood vibe. Coffee shops, grocery store, and restaurants are steps from the apartment. Bonus we found a dedicated gluten free bakery around the corner, which even my non-gluten free friends loved. The apartment was well appointed with everything you would need, bonus there is an elevator and air conditioned rooms that actually cool! Would highly recommend Sisto Fiume for anyone visiting Rome. Staying at this townhouse in Venice enhanced our holiday immensely. It is very spacious, clean, comfortable, and has all the things you need. The rooftop deck is a perfect place to enjoy a drink while looking across the rooftops of Venice. The location is brilliant - a very quiet street, but just a few steps away there are restaurants, interesting shops, and the vaporetto. And an easy walk to many of the main places of interest. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby, and an easy walk to the city centre. Our greeter was on hand for anything we needed. It was a perfect restful stay in this fabulous house.

Unbelievable location, we hit almost all the Rome hot spots we needed without taking a cab. We went to our tours Vatican/Coliseum the next day all walking distance. [This review is for the neighboring Vista Serena.] Our two weeks in June was very special and worth it for our family. The villas are impressive, showing the care and appreciation of the owners whose family has owned them for hundreds of years. Views are timeless. The gardens are so lovely; the trees were dripping with apricots, lemons and cherries. We cherished the housekeeper with her giant heart. She took such great care of us and the villa. We explored the local area and walked many times to the little Il Montano restaurant for morning expresso and local dishes for lunch and dinner and felt that they had adopted us. We explored the peninsula and found every secret beach. Sorrento was our favorite town. Took your advice and celebrated a birthday at brunch in the Excelsior Vittoria. They treated us like gold! Everyone worked hard to make us happy. Everything you said about driving was right. No issues. We have stayed with Paris Perfect and London Perfect and found Italy Perfect a fine service, too.

This is a wonderful apartment in a great area of Rome, central but a little away from the crowds. I had a very special experience. I have worshiped the artist Caravaggio since I studied art in high school. Seeking Caravaggio art was a crusade of our visit to Italy. My Italy Perfect contact told me that this apartment was Caravaggio's studio in the late 1500s. OMG, that closed the deal. And when I arrived, I was welcomed by Caravaggio prints in the window of a little shop nearby. We would have loved the apartment in any case but the spirit of my inspiration Caravaggio made it an experience I will treasure for life.

This was a spacious, comfortable, very clean apartment, in a wonderful location with great views. The doors leading onto the balcony from each room and the balcony itself were lovely. There is a great supermarket around the corner and a relaxed local caffe. The apt is close to everything, yet it's really nice to be on this side of the Arno. I've been to Florence a few times and always stayed on the other side and never fully enjoyed my stay. Here, it's a little apart from the tourists and noise, but close enough to get to anything quickly. The kitchen was very easy to use, and we enjoyed the Nespresso machine.

We stayed for the month of July and loved our experience. The apartment is close to everything in Florence for tourists, but also near neighborhoods like Oltrarno, a much less busy area with many excellent shops and restaurants. The space had plenty of room and was quite comfortable, with a great view of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno from the balcony. Good A/C and windows kept the place cool and generally quiet. (You are in a prime tourism area, so you will hear some late night music and such but we never found it disturbing -- could barely notice -- when windows were closed.) Special thank you to our local host, who was extremely helpful and responsive.

Relaxing and quiet yet close to main attractions. The apartment has a few quirky things for travels from outside Europe but that’s counterbalanced by the uniqueness of the location. The porch is very charming.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at the Coppede' apartment. It's a wonderful apartment in the prestigious Coppede' neighborhood. Blissful mornings on the terrace for coffee, sightseeing or exploring the many beautiful parks nearby. Loved the convenience of the neibhborhood, good supermarket around the corner, sweet cafe', many good restaurants. Highly recommend this apartment!
