The Bellina worked for us very well; we were blessed with a favorable euro/dollar exchange rate and the apartment provided lots of good space, far more than a hotel room, for just under $ 250 U.S. per night for the two of us. The kitchen was efficient even if we used it very little; the bedroom was cozy with many pillows and blankets; the bathroom functioned well. We particularly liked the living room space with it's two couches and flat screen tv---a fine place to collapse after rigorous days of being tourists. The Italy Perfect staff were very helpful,pleasant and efficient. We shall be back!

"Overall we were very pleased with Strozzi. The location was great; we loved the neighborhood. The use of the computer, internet, and printer was a bonus that made the trip so much easier. All the recommendations for nearby restaurants and shops were right on. Service was very good. No complaints at all. Appreciated having a lift, washing machine and bidet, TV, lots of room. And the welcome basket with a bottle of wine that we drank out on the terrace was a very nice touch."

"I was only in Florence 4 days visiting friends but I found the overall experience at the Michaela very good. The hosts were excellent, very helpful and willing to do anything needed. I was very familiar with the area and highly recommend the coffee across the street at Cafe Giacosa - the best cappucino in the world I am sure! Being right in the centre of the best shopping area I thought the apartment would be noisy but it was not.The only problem I expereinced was the lack of screens on the window. It was October and I did not turn on the air-conditioning, didn't realize there were mosquitos - so I had lots of bites.Very safe even when I returned late at night.Highly recommend the place and the company."

As you predicted we were delighted by its location, spaciousness and stylish furnishings. The hostess was charming and the apartment was a fitting place in which to end our European travels. The arrangements all worked perfectly. It was truly superior to the hotel D'Ingelterra next door where I have stayed sometimes on prior business visits. "I just returned from 11 wonderful nights in Firenze, Italy. I decided on this trip to rent an apartment due to the length of my stay and chose to rent the Michaela, a studio apartment from ItalyPerfect.com. Lisa was so very helpful and professional throughout the planning stages and answered all my questions which were so much appreciated. The apartment is perfectly located in the fashion shopping district (which for me was not a good thing, but I kept my promise not to splurge and I didn’t) close to Via Tornabuoni, is about a ten minute walk to and from the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) train station and it's on a bus route as well and you can walk to all the major sites that Firenze has to offer. The apartment itself suited my needs perfectly as I was traveling solo. The apartment is fairly quiet for it being in a very busy thoroughfare. The apartment is very attractive, had a lovely welcoming basket of wine, chocolate, etc., the room was a good-size, very comfortable and it had everything I wanted with a modern bathroom. And if you’re wondering, the apartment building has an elevator, so no need to struggle with your luggage up the stairs. You can keep in touch with family and friends or get caught up on the latest headline news with easy access to the internet with the computer work station just outside your door. As Firenze happens to be my favorite destination in Italy I’m already thinking and planning my next trip to Italy and will definitely book my stay with italyperfect.com for all my future accommodations throughout Europe and especially Firenze and will definitely recommend using them to one an all."

"The villa in Tuscany worked out really well. With 4 daughter, 2 older and 2 toddlers the larger accommodations were perfect. We really enjoyed exploring the Tuscan region. Each day was a new adventure as we drove our Ford van here and there seeing the sights. We originally thought that we would relax and spend more time at the villa but ended up putting over 500 miles on the van that week alone. No problems, but did lose our security deposit when my wife and daughter decided to blow-up the cooktop. Long story, quite funny really. Loved the location and surrounding area. May have been a little too remote for us. But having the car really helped. Most of the local restaurants were good and had friendly service. Each little town seemed to have its own specialties and it was fun to explore each to see the differences. We visited, Aretzo, Siena, San Giminagno, Mont Riggioni, the Chianti region, Montevarchi, and several others. (town names spelled to best of my memory) Tips: Recommend using a GPS unit when driving the area. Usually very accurate but at times put us into some strange situations that all turned out to be fun and exciting. Tip 2 don't cook on top of the glass cover of the range, that's not what it is there for. Thank you for all your help. We will not hesitate to recommend you to others."

The Medici Apartment in Florence is simply the most beautiful apartment in the world. Perfect for our big group. Stately and palatial, with every accommodation we could want. Huge windows open onto the square where excitement and life take place before your eyes. Felt like living in a Renaissance Palace!!! Renee, who manages the Pallazzo, was so wonderful and kind and warm. We most enjoyed the sights, the activity on the Piazza, the local cafes in the Ambrogio (sp?) neighborhood, the art, the palatial, restful apartment. The art, the art, the art! Noise was an issue but we got a system down of using the air conditioners and fans at night to drown out the partying on the square. It turned out fine and we got used to the system of windows closed and white noise on. No other drawbacks or problems at all - everything was truly perfect. The noise wouldn't have bothered us if we didn't have to be up in the AM with the kids, if we could have slept late like the locals it would have been fine. perfect, the perfect location - walked everywhere and best gellati in the world was only two blocks away. the Medici Apartment is right in the middle of things - the ONLY place to stay in Florence is what we all decided. The Ambrogio neighborhood was perfect, very authentic and no tourists, The Standa market was perfect - we went there daily to get food to cook in our apartment every night. We ate out only once and enjoyed great dinners around the huge dining room table. The leather school behind Santa Croce was wonderful! Tips: Try to live like a local, get off the beaten path, book museum tickets ahead of time from home to avoid lines. Your service was wonderful and thorough and helpful in every way. Seriously."
